1. Service
WebGather provides browser-based tools for organizing e-commerce categories, generating collection URLs, and producing product CSV files on compatible Shopify sites. Some sites may not support all features due to technical structure, access restrictions, or unavailable interfaces.
2. User responsibility
Use WebGather only on pages and data you are authorized to access and process, and comply with website terms, applicable law, intellectual-property rights, and privacy requirements. WebGather does not promise to bypass logins, paywalls, access controls, CAPTCHAs, or other technical restrictions.
3. Trial and Pro
The 3-day Pro trial requires email sign-in, is available once per account, and starts its 72-hour clock when the first valid product collection actually begins. Product collection is available with full trial access during the trial; current feature and concurrency limits are determined by the entitlement returned for the account. After the trial, the account returns to Free access with the Free product-collection allowance, while Category Menu and local export remain available. Pro currently provides unlimited daily product runs and up to five concurrent product tasks per account, subject to the current entitlement shown in Account.
4. Accounts and licenses
Accounts, activation codes, and licenses are for authorized users. Do not brute-force codes, automate activation attempts, forge authorization state, or otherwise evade licensing limits. Reasonable rate limits and temporary restrictions may be applied to prevent abuse.
5. Pro access
Pro is enabled with a valid activation code or an official manual grant. Fixed-term and lifetime access are supported, and the current validity is shown in Account.
6. Disclaimer
We work to keep the extension reliable, but third-party websites change continuously. We do not guarantee permanent compatibility with every website or that every extracted result is complete or error-free. Review and back up business-critical data.
7. Termination
Serious abuse, fraud, illegal use, or attacks against the licensing service may result in suspension or termination.
